Difference between Medical Second Opinion and direct clinical examination:
Please understand that the opinion provided through the Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Service is only based on the analysis of documents such as medical history, investigation reports including pathology and radiology, provided by you. Therefore it is different from the direct clinical examination of the patient.

You have no further queries. You hereby give your informed consent to Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services and its affiliate physicians, hospitals, institutions, clinics to provide you a Medical Second Opinion.

You hereby completely and irrevocably release Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services and affiliated officers, directors, founder, employees, contractors, volunteers and Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services affiliated physicians, institutions, hospitals, clinics (collectively called Secmeds Released Parties) of any and all errors and omissions, foreseen or unforeseen, as well as claims, action or damages as a result of consultation, diagnosis, recommendations provided by Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services or its affiliated physicians, hospitals, institutions, clinics. Also, you agree that the Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services affiliated physicians, institutions, hospitals, clinics are not responsible or liable for accuracy or completeness of the medical information submitted to them or for any errors in its electronic transmission. This release shall be binding on the parties, their heirs, personal representatives, executors, successor and assigns.

Authorization to Release Your Patient's Medical Information:
I understand and acknowledge that Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services will need to release/ share my patient's personal and confidential health information to its affiliated physicians, hospitals, clinics, institutions and/ or other health service providers for my medical opinion. I also understand that the Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services affiliated physicians, hospitals, institutions, clinics and/or other health service providers will need to discuss my patient's condition in detail in order to conclude a medical opinion about my patient's condition.
I authorise the Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services through its affiliated physicians/ consultant experts/ hospitals, clinics or any other health service providers, to verify, discuss my patient's condition and any information that I provide in the Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services database and any documents and reports I submit to Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services.
If you do not agree to the above Terms and Conditions, Secmeds Medical Second Opinion Services will not be able to provide you with a Medical Second Opinion.
This agreement and Terms of Use shall be governed by the Indian Law.
