ABOUT

Dr. Prasanta Kumar Dash earned his Post Graduation from VSS Medical College, Sambalpur, Odisha. He completed his DNB (Medical Oncology) from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, Delhi.
Dr. Dash carries a rich experience in the management of both hematological & non hematological malignancies (breast, lung and other solid tumors), as well as Bone Marrow Transplantation. He has also cleared "European Certified Medical Oncologist" exam conducted by ESMO and MRCP- UK certification examination of Medical Oncology.
Dr. Dash has keen interest in clinical research & research ethics. He is an active member of a number of professional bodies & societies including European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), Indian Cooperative Oncology Network (ICON), Indian Society of Medical and Pediatric Oncology (ISMPO). He has done many oral and poster presentations in national and international conferences.
Dr. Dash also has a keen interest in the importance of excellent communication skills on the quality and outcomes of patients. His expertise spans in all types of chemotherapy, intensive protocols, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy in addition to dealing with oncological emergencies, including medical care of patients. He holds deep interest in breast cancer, lung cancer, gastro - intestinal cancer, gyanecological cancer and lymphoma / leukemia / myeloma.
