ABOUT
Dr. Chaturbhuj Agrawal has earned his medical degrees from prestigious institutes. He completed MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru medical college, Wardha and the MD (General Medicine) from AFMC, Pune in 2013. He gained experience as senior resident from Gastroenterology Department at BMHRC (Bhopal) and Clinical hematology department at SGPGI (Lucknow) following which he joined the armamentarium of solid malignancies at RGCI&RC where he worked for three years as resident to obtain his DNB Medical oncology degree. He also gained "European Certificate in Medical Oncology" certified by European society of medical oncology (ESMO). Thereafter the journey of his clinical experience continued initially as attending consultant in the same institute for several months followed by promotion to full time consultant in July 2017. He carries rich experience in management of both hematological & non hematological malignancies (breast, lung and other solid tumors), as well as Bone Marrow Transplantation. His keen interest in clinical research in oncology originated from his dissertation on extranodal lymphomas followed by his presentation on profile of lung cancer in Indian females in IASLC, Thailand. His expertise spans from all types of oncologic emergencies, chemotherapy and hormonal therapy in addition to newer targeted and biologic therapies. He has done various national and international level paper and poster presentations many of which turned into publications in reputed journals.
