ABOUT

Anurag is alumnus of SN Medical College , Agra. Having done post grad in Orthopaedics, served there as Pool Officer ( CSIR) for almost two years. In 1986 joined MLB Medical College, Jhansi (UP) as faculty in Orthopaedics where he worked for ten years. He resigned to start his Orthopaedic clinic in Jhansi in 1996, which he is still running. Anurag believes in spending quality time with patient eliciting detailed history, doing meticulous physical examination, and educating him/her about treatment plan, possible alternatives, inherent uncertainties and the prognosis. He tends to be conservative on investigations.
He understands that every morbidity cannot be reversed hundred percent and permanently, more so the chronic ailments. He takes special efforts to make his patients understand and accept this in a positive way. This goes a long way in minimising patient’s apprehensions as well as expectations.
Most patients, rather cheerfully, buy this line. This practice over the last three decades has earned him a huge faithful following.

Anurag is also running a fortnightly charitable Orthopaedic OPD for last 24 years at a local Arya Samaj Mandir.
