ABOUT

Dr. Shagun is a motivated and dedicated anaesthesiologist with fourteen years of experience in the field of anaesthesia. Her interest in oncoanaesthesia drove her to do her DNB from RGCI&RC, Delhi.
She has served as a specialist at ESIC Rohini, then as an attending consultant followed by consultant at RGCI & RC. She is especially interested in recent advances in anaesthesia like USG guided central lines, nerve blocks, epidurals and anaesthesia for robotic surgery.
She is certified in TEE (Trans esophageal echocardiography) use and utilizes it for managing cardiac patients undergoing noncardiac oncosurgery. She is ready to walk that extra mile with post- operative and terminally ill cancer patients to alleviate their pain and suffering.
