ABOUT

Dr. Varun Goel earned his post - graduation from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi. He completed his DNB (Medical Oncology) from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, Delhi.
Dr. Goel carries a rich experience in the management of both hematological & non hematological malignancies (breast, lung and other solid tumors), as well as Bone Marrow Transplantation. He has also cleared "European Certified Medical Oncologist" exam conducted by ESMO and MRCP- UK certification examination of Medical Oncology.
Dr. Goel has keen interest in clinical research & research ethics. He has many publications to his credit published in various National and International peer reviewed journals. He is an active member of a number of professional bodies & societies including European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), Indian Cooperative Oncology Network (ICON), Indian Society of Medical and Pediatric Oncology (ISMPO). He has done many oral and poster presentations in national and international conferences.
Dr. Goel also has a keen interest in the importance of excellent communication skills on the quality and outcomes of patients. His expertise spans in all types of chemotherapy, intensive protocols, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy in addition to dealing with oncological emergencies, including medical care of patients. He holds deep interest in breast cancer, lung cancer, gastro - intestinal cancer, gyanecological cancer and lymphoma / leukemia / myeloma.
